SleepScorePro (operated by PAPASIDDHI) is not directed at children under the age of 13 in the United States, 16 in the European Economic Area (EEA), or 18 in India under the DPDP Act 2023.
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children in these age groups. Our sleep health tools and articles are intended for adult users. If you are under the applicable age limit in your jurisdiction, please do not use this website or submit any personal information to us.
2. What We Do Not Collect from Children
We do not knowingly collect the following from any user under the applicable age threshold:
Email addresses from users under 13
Names or contact information from minors
Usage data or analytics from users who identify as under 13
Sleep data entered by users under 13
Any personal information from children via our contact form
Note: Sleep data entered into our calculators is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. This applies regardless of the age of the user.
3. If a Child Has Submitted Information
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the applicable age limit has submitted personal information to SleepScorePro, please contact us immediately:

Upon verification of the request, we will delete all such data within 48 hours. We take these requests seriously and will act promptly.
4. Parental Rights
Under COPPA and applicable laws, parents and guardians have the following rights:

Parents and guardians may request to review any personal information we may have inadvertently collected from their child.
Request deletion
You may request the immediate deletion of any personal information collected from your child. We will delete it within 48 hours.
Refuse further collection
You may direct us to stop any further collection or use of your child's personal information.
Consent to collection
Under India's DPDP Act 2023, we will seek verifiable parental consent before processing personal data of users under 18.
5. Age Verification
SleepScorePro does not implement age gates or verification mechanisms during normal use of our sleep tools and articles, as these are freely accessible public resources.
However, by using our website and submitting any personal information (such as through our newsletter signup or contact form), users confirm that they are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA). Users in India confirm they are at least 18 years of age, or that verifiable parental consent has been obtained.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child below the applicable age threshold without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
6. India — DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, SleepScorePro will:
- Not process personal data of children (persons under 18) without verifiable parental consent
- Not undertake processing of personal data of a child that may cause detrimental effect on their wellbeing
- Not track, behaviorally monitor, or target advertising at children
- Implement age verification mechanisms as required under the Act and its rules
We will update this policy as the rules under the DPDP Act 2023 are progressively notified by the Government of India.
